Spray-Tech QADS™ Waterborne & Solvent Quick Drying System
The QADs System creates a “convection oven” atmosphere, equalizing the temperature throughout the entire booth, providing consistent metal temperatures for an optimal waterborne refinish environment. QADs feature the patented Intake Plenum Air Acquisition System, providing heated filtered air that ensures clean air during the paint drying process. The QADs System interfaces with the bake cycle of the existing air make up unit to create more air turbulence, leading to shortened cycle times in both flash and bake. Tremendous fuel and energy savings are attained.
QADs™ is the only auxiliary air movement system that draws air from the spray booth plenum. ‘QADs™ Automatic’ and ‘QADs on Bake’ models have doors that operate automatically on the blower towers, which are closed during the spray cycle to protect the blower nozzles from overspray. These patented technologies prevent dirt and overspray from being blown on the waterborne basecoat during the flash off cycle, or the clear on the bake cycle!

PFS Ceiling Filters
Ceiling-Filters are Intake Filters used in Spray Booths that have a Ceiling Plenum. They can also be used in Paint Booths that are designed so that the Intake Air requires a large pad of filtration media.
These filters are of high density to retain particles up to 10 microns and they last from 6 to 12 months depending on the environment air quality and on the design of the pre-filtration system.
PFS Exhaust Pads & Panels
Type of filters used in Spray-Booths to filter the Exhausted Air. Some manufacturers use these filters as Intake or Exhaust Pre-Filters.
These filters are designed in different sizes and shapes. They can be in the form of Filter Pads and Filter panels with a Metal Frame.
PFS Intake Pads & Panels
Type of filters used in Spray-Booths to filter the incoming or Intake Air. Some manufacturers use these filters as Intake Pre-Filters.

These filters are disigned to be used in Ceiling or Intake Plenums as well as Intake Filters in Doors and as Pre-Filters in AMU’s to capture dust helping to maintain a clean environment where the products are being painted.
PFS Paint Arrestor Filters (Rolls)
These Spray-Booth Filters are used to retain Over-Spray. They come in different sizes and are manufactured with different materials. Different Paint Booth manufacturers recommed different filter media. The most known are: Fiberglass and Polyester.
Pre-Filters & Bag Filters
Type of filters used in Spray-Booths as part of the filtering process. They can be used to filter the incoming or Intake Air as well as to filter outgoing or Exhausted Air. Some manufacturers use these filters as Intake Filters.
These filters are designed in different sizes and shapes. They can be in the form of Filter Pads, Filter panels with a Metal Frame and Bag Filters with a Metal Frame.
These filters are disigned to extend the life of costly Ceiling or Intake Filters and to capture overspray that was not retained by the Exhaust Filtration Media helping to maintain a clean environment and to avoid costly overspray in the exhaust fan blades.
